We are a Veteran-owned and operated that is an equal opportunity company that provides anesthesia staffing and management services. We partner with hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers and surgeons with office based practices that need anesthesia services.
Each facility and office has different needs. We offer support in all areas of anesthesia, including the following:
Clinical quality improvement and assurance processes
Anesthesia recruiting and credentialing services
Payor contracting, revenue management, and billing services
General consultation (logistics, equipment, training, and supply management)
SAS focuses on an individual relationship with each patient and client. What that means for our partners is a commitment to building an anesthesia team that consistently delivers high quality anesthesia care with optimal clinical outcomes performed in the safest environment possible.
We work side-by-side with our partners who appreciate the easy access they have to our management and team of professional providers. We are committed to integrating in the transitions process a practice evolves through during its lifespan.
We collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and facility administrators in assessing, implementing, and evaluating anesthesia care.
We encourage open, transparent, and candid communication from patients, staff, and clinical providers. We do this in the form of patient satisfaction surveys, and face-to-face/video conference discussions. We believe transparency and partnership are important to improve both clinical and operational efficiencies, while ensuring optimal patient care.
We collaborate with you to deliver the highest level of clinical quality and patient safety. Our Quality Assessment Quality Improvement (QAQI) program sets the foundation for clinical standards. Our QAQI program supports the use of current evidence-based practices established by our national medical and nursing professional societies.
We use those standards to measure, and quantify anesthesia clinical quality and value for every patient encounter. The data helps identify excellent care outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. This process also establishes appropriate benchmarks for anesthesia care standards at each unique facility.
